In this consultation, we will talk about relevant medical history and what areas you would like hair free. We will determine the amount of time that is needed and come up with a treatment plan. A complimentary 15 minutes of treatment is included to determine if electrolysis is right for you!
Commonly Treated Areas

Face
Testosterone induced facial hair. Usually seen on men or those transitioning. Multiple (weekly preferred) treatments of 60+ minutes. You can plan on this taking at least a year.

Bikini
Whether it’s the bikini line, or the whole enchilada, these appointments are usually booked for 30 minutes. If you have numbing cream, you can usually go longer.

Underarms
Because there are multiple hairs that grow out of one follicle (multi pilli gemini), it doesn’t take long to see a difference in hair density when being treated by electrolysis.
The amount of hair determines how much time you will need.

Usually considered to be a “touch up” appointment. Anywhere from 5-20 hairs are treated.

Usually after full clearance of the area. Commonly treated areas are the face, bikini, upper lip.

For larger areas and/or projects. Commonly treated areas are beards, legs, underarms, and sometimes bikini.
Tolerance to the current- If you have a low pain tolerance, or if you have extra sensitive skin, there is the option of purchasing a tube of topical anesthetic (available in the spa). If you need a stronger topical anesthetic, consider talking to your Dr. (especially if you are transitioning or working on sensitive areas).
If you just need a touch-up, shorter treatment times are available
